Page transitions

Page transitions control the visual change between internal WordPress pages so navigation feels smoother and more app-like on mobile.

Adjust Transition Duration and Transition Intensity to control how noticeable the selected effect should feel.

Back navigation can use

Speculation Rules

UnoView can prepare eligible internal pages before the visitor opens them, reducing the feeling of waiting during navigation.

On supported browsers this uses the browser Speculation Rules API. UnoView also keeps a conservative prefetch strategy for appropriate environments.

Swipe-to-back

Swipe-to-back lets mobile visitors return to the previous page using a horizontal gesture.

The gesture protects interactive elements and horizontal components from accidental back navigation.

Choose one of three sensitivity levels:

Smart Scroll Restore

Smart Scroll Restore remembers useful scroll positions so returning to previous content feels natural instead of always jumping back to the top.

No per-page configuration is required. UnoView manages eligible browser-history restoration automatically.

Touch ExperiencePRO

Touch Experience adds mobile press feedback and optional haptic vibration so taps feel more immediate and native-app-like.

Interactive Page StackPRO

Interactive Page Stack reveals the previous page underneath the current page while the visitor actively drags a swipe-back gesture.

The effect follows the actual gesture progress instead of simply playing a fixed animation after the swipe completes.

Interactive Page Stack works together with Swipe-to-back and includes safe fallback behavior when the previous page preview cannot be loaded.

Smart ToastsPRO

Smart Toasts provide compact app-style feedback for site actions.

Custom toast triggers can use the supported data-unoview-toast attribute.

Define what happens when the visitor taps the notification: None, Page, Post or Product.

Audience

Frequency

Icon and image

Choose a notification icon or replace the icon area with an image selected from the WordPress Media Library.

Display duration

Set how long the notification stays visible, from 5 to 30 seconds.

Show after

Show the notification instantly or delay it from 5 to 30 seconds.

Notification effects

Choose between Wiggle, Bounce or Pulse.

Effects can play once or loop. When looping, the repeat interval can be configured from 2 to 15 seconds.

Schedule

Add optional start and end dates and times using the UnoView calendar interface. Start defaults to 09:00 and End defaults to 23:59.

Draft and Publish

Use Save draft while building or reviewing a notification. Use Publish notification when it is ready to become eligible according to its configured rules.

Notification edits are saved inside the Notifications interface and do not depend on the global UnoView Save Changes button.

Smart Link Handling

Smart Link Handling applies a central navigation policy so UnoView enhances normal internal links while leaving actions that need native browser or WordPress behavior untouched.

UnoView automatically bypasses:

• External URLs
• Downloads
• New-context links
• Admin and login actions
• Anchors
• Protected WooCommerce actions

Navigation Exclusions

Exclude specific same-site routes from selected UnoView behavior. Rules can bypass Entire UnoView, Transitions, Prefetch or Swipe.

The * wildcard can be used where appropriate.

Excluded selectors

Add CSS selectors for custom components that should keep their original interaction behavior, such as sliders or complex interactive widgets.

Exclude administrators

Prevent normal UnoView frontend effects from affecting administrators while they work on the site.

Navigation Recovery

Navigation Recovery protects the interface from becoming stuck when a navigation is cancelled, blocked or fails before temporary transition state has been cleared.

It is designed to work automatically and normally requires no manual tuning.

Animated fallback

Provides a graceful transition path when the preferred native transition capability is not available.

Reduced Motion

UnoView respects the visitor's operating-system prefers-reduced-motion accessibility preference. Compatible animations and notification effects are automatically suppressed or simplified when requested.

UnoDock

UnoView includes dedicated compatibility handling for UnoDock.

UnoDock remains visually persistent while page content transitions around it. UnoView also keeps browser history coherent while excluding UnoDock itself from transition, touch, prefetch and haptic effects.

Elementor and WooCommerce

UnoView protects common Elementor widgets and WooCommerce interactions that should not be treated as ordinary navigation links. Menus, product actions, galleries and AJAX interactions should be tested on mobile after major navigation changes.

Compatibility handling is included for common form interactions from:

Interactive Preview

Preview important UnoView experience settings without first saving them or navigating the live website.

The Preview includes sample: Home, Explore, Article and Saved.

Compare transition type, duration, intensity, direction and supported touch settings before saving.

Navigation Debug

Navigation Debug shows technical information about current UnoView decisions, including:

• Direction
• Transition effect
• Link policy
• Prefetching
• Recovery
• Compatibility
• Destination
• UnoDock bypass state

Enable it only while troubleshooting and disable it when testing is complete.

Clear UnoView cache

Clears temporary UnoView cached state after meaningful navigation or compatibility changes.

Reset to default

Restores UnoView settings to their default configuration. This should only be used when you intentionally want to discard the current UnoView configuration.

License and account state are not reset when restoring UnoView defaults.
