Our premium WordPress plugins are protected by licensing technology provided by Freemius.
* Premium features require an active, valid licence.
* Licence validation requires automated, secure communication between your WordPress installation and Freemius servers.
* Licences are restricted to the number of active websites/domains specified in your purchased plan.
* Any attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, modify, tamper with, disable, or circumvent licensing mechanisms will result in the immediate suspension or permanent revocation of the licence without refund. We reserve the right to deny service in cases involving licence abuse or fraud.
When you install and use our Shopify applications (such as UnoDock) on your store:
* You grant us permission to access necessary store data, metadata, and configurations solely to operate, render, and provide the app’s features as described in our Privacy Policy.
* Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our apps (including customer-facing drawers, bottom docks, menus, and customer information panels) complies with applicable local laws, regulations, e-commerce requirements, and customer consent rules.
* We do not manage or control your store’s customer data, orders, or checkout processes.
UnoizeStudio does not collect or process full payment card details directly.
* WordPress Purchases: Plugin purchases, recurring subscriptions, invoice generation, licensing, and payment security are processed entirely by our e-commerce partner, Freemius. All WordPress purchases are subject to Freemius’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
* Shopify Purchases: App installation fees, recurring app subscriptions, and plan upgrades are approved by you and billed directly through Shopify’s billing system. All app charges are subject to Shopify’s merchant terms.
* WordPress Plugins: Refund requests are handled through Freemius in accordance with the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase.
* Shopify Apps: Subscriptions and app charges can be managed or cancelled at any time by uninstalling the application through your Shopify admin panel or managing your app subscription within Shopify. Refund requests for Shopify app charges are evaluated subject to Shopify’s billing guidelines and platform rules.
We actively maintain and improve our Products.
